You will also help to manage the high school intern and volunteer programs. Summer Camp Interns (June 11–August 27; 4 positions): responsible for overnight and free-time supervision of campers. You'll organize daily educational and recreational free time activities, coordinate schedules with MSC Educators, and organize a weekly citizen science program. You'll also gain knowledge regarding aquarium and field equipment use and maintenance, boat crew skills and boat safety, and group leadership in field, lab, and dorm settings. Compensation ranges from $200-$250/week plus on-station staff housing (furnished with kitchen), vegetarian-friendly meals, laundry, $15/month health insurance stipend and paid training.
